Whether you're traveling with young children, planning a family beach week, or sharing a getaway with another couple, this two-bedroom condo gives you room to spend time together, prepare meals, and unwind after a day outdoors.

One of the special features of this corner unit is that you can enjoy views from both sides: the quieter lagoon side at the front entrance and a Gulf view from the balcony.

- **Stairs are required.** Flip Flop Paradise is on the third floor of the building, with parking on the first floor. There is no elevator.
- **The beach is across the street.** Deeded Lani Kai beach access is just across West Beach Boulevard, so guests will cross the road to reach the beach. It's a quick, easy walk to the sand.
- **The Gulf view is across West Beach Boulevard.** The balcony offers a view toward the water, but the condo is not directly on the sand.
- **Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6.** There are two queen beds and one pull-out sleeper sofa.
